Silicon Marking by BLITZ-OEM Laser System
The high beam quality and the pulsed operation of this fiber laser system are key features to enable silicon marking with high lateral definition. The marking takes place through a local silicon melting and re-crystallisation. This note reports some of the possible marking methods of silicon wafers.
